New 12 GB Plan
A small percentage of customers are regularly complaining of slow speeds. This is because they have reached their daily limit of 7 GB. To solve this we have introduced a new plan of 12 GB per day. Cost of this new plan is €33 a month(an €8 increase).
Anyone wanting to switch to this new plan get in touch with us by email or text. This is the maximum daily data we can offer at the moment and if you find it is still not enough then you should try to get fixed line broadband through the phone line if its available to you.
For 90% of existing customers who rarely reach the 7 GB limit this new plan will not affect you.
